March ushers in autumn, bringing cooler temperatures and the first hints of vibrant fall foliage. While still pleasant for hiking, expect more frequent rainfall and cooler evenings. The crowds begin to thin, offering a more serene experience.

June marks the official start of winter and the ski season. Expect cold temperatures, significant snowfall, and predominantly overcast skies. The landscape transforms into a snow-covered wonderland, perfect for skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts. Hiking is limited to specific, prepared trails.

July is the peak of winter and ski season, with the coldest temperatures and heaviest snowfall. Days are short, and the park is blanketed in snow, offering excellent conditions for winter sports. Expect consistently cold, often overcast, and snowy weather.

August continues the winter conditions, though temperatures gradually begin to rise towards the end of the month. Snowfall is still frequent, and ski conditions generally remain excellent. Days start to lengthen, offering slightly more daylight for activities.

October is a beautiful spring month, with increasing warmth, blossoming flora, and melting snow opening up more trails. While pleasant, strong Patagonian winds become more prevalent, and rain showers are still common. It's a great time for scenic hikes without peak crowds.

November is late spring, feeling much like early summer with warmer temperatures and longer days. Most trails are accessible, and the landscapes are lush and green. Winds can be significant, especially in open areas and mountain passes. It's an excellent month before the peak summer rush.

December marks the beginning of summer and the peak tourist season. Expect warm, long days perfect for all outdoor activities. While generally sunny, the characteristic Patagonian winds can be very strong, and brief, unpredictable showers are always possible. Book accommodations well in advance.
